I recently noticed a hard bump like substance n painful when pressed and its on the hairy side on the down left of vagina . When I am pressing it , a hard substance is felt n its painful , is it a boil or tumour ? Please help

better get urself clinically examined.. tuMor and alk is very rare.. must b some infection..
