Recurrent pterygium is common. We do Pterygium removal with graft taken from same eye to reduce chances of recurrence.
In your case it's already recurred. For recurrence there's different procedure. Consult some eye surgeon in your area and ask him for recurrent pterygium surgery. Or else go to some tertiary care centre in big city like Delhi, Hydrerabad, Chennai, Bangalore.
