Hello
Only treatment for pterygium is surgery..
We excuse the pterygium and cover the bare sclera with conjunctival graft
This graft decreases risk of recurrence
Surgery is advised if
A. Pterygium is approaching pupil
B. If it induces astigmatism
C. For cosmetic purposes
This is a simple surgery
You may consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
