Hi there,
it’s necessary to take a detailed psychosexual history and examination is necessary to come to a conclusion and treat accordingly.
At your age, ideally these drugs are to be avoided.Psychological interventions are to be under taken if the cause of ED is psychogenic.
Tadasure will do the erection, but if psychological causes are present, the person may not enjoy the coital process.
So initially it may booster your initial performance but psychological interventions must be done for future interactions at your young age.
