Psychosis possibly??
Im diagnosed with depression and anxiety and have been taking medication (40ml of fluoxitine) for a while but sometimes things that are worse happen. I get episodes that last a few hours where I see things, like scary things- most recently I saw a white hand grabbing the stairs but it disappeared, and I'm sure I saw it. I also feel like people are watching me and I always get this sense that bad things are going to happen and my parents will die. I also have bad dissociation problems.

Ment3 disorder best treated with medicine and psychotherapy. I recommend u to consult psychologist Online or offline ,to know the proper cause or learn how to deal such fearful emotional situations in life.
