My wife misunderstand everybody and gets annoyed unnecessarily causing great disturbance in family. She is not willing to visit a doctor. Kindly suggest how to treat her. Thank you.

She must be having few physical/medical symptoms also, such as some pain, sleep problem, appetite issue etc. Please convince her to see doctor for that. Then you may get her consulted with Psychiatrist. Online consultation would be easy option.

Other datas required like since how many days she is showing such behaviours and any other symptoms are there or not.Psychiatric consultation is required for detail evaluation.If she is not interested to visit a dr then you can arrange a video consultation.
Sometimes delusional disorder may cause firmly believe her that something wrong is going on or people are against her or my be her personality like cluster A which have traits that person having this personality may have more doubts . So treatment option is Counselling CBT plus medicine
History is inadequate and need detail evaluation.
