Psychological issue - Derealisation

Asked for Female, 16 Years

My sister 17 years old and is going through derealisation. She has been advised by the doctor to take seroxat and has been doing so since the last 24 days. She doesn't seem to feel better and is finding hard to concentrate on her studies since she is in her final year of school and her exams are in two weeks. When talked to the doctor, he plainly says to continue the tablet. I wanted to know if the tablet to know if the tablet is safe, should she continue taking and any other recommendations
