Taking Oleanz 20mg unsupervised will cause severe weight gain on a monthly basis. Meet your doctor on a monthly basis while monitoring your weight. If there is weight gain of more than 2kg per month, ask your doctor to change the medication to another which causes less weight gain. 6months unsupervised Oleanz 20mg usage is a crime. Always stop after the doctor's advice.
Next Steps
Meet your doctor on a monthly basis
Health Tips
Exercise, Diet control, weight monitoring.

If u r out of the problem  and if u feel you can handle yourself slowly you can wean out the medicines. I would still appreciate to consult a psychologist to resolve ur issues rather.

You need to take medication as per your doctor's recommendation. Do not discontinue, alter, modify or change it in any way. Take it for the prescribed period of time. Premature termination of treatment can lead to relapse or worsening of symptoms. It becomes more difficult to treat after that.
