Hy. Anib is a Under Graduate student Age 20 years. I live in Islamabad. The Problem with me is that I felt worthlesslessness, Shame, Humilation, low self Confidence, low selfesteem, low self Confidence. It may Develop due to my Baldness, Overweight. Plz DR. Suggest me something. I am very worry about it.. Even I cannot make eye Contact with Someone

Hello. You seem to have associated your self worth with your appearance. That's the first mistake. Because you have decided in your mind that you will be confident and worthy only if people like your appearance, you are creating this disturbance for yourself. I am not saying you should not care about people's opinion altogether. But it is not helpful to worry about how you appear. Worry doesn't help. Action helps.  
Next Steps
Leave aside baldness. You can't do much about it immediately. And you probably don't have to do anything about it. Focus on the weight issue. Not just for your appearance, but for your own Health. Decide to be the most fit and healthy person you can be. Take up exercise and diet schedules. Challenge yourself daily. Get regular fitness goals, appoint a friend to monitor your progress and just start from today. Confidence and high self esteem don't come from how you appear or how people judge you!! Confidence and high self esteem come when "what we say and what we do match"!! If you are constantly worried about being overweight, but aren't doing enough to get fit, your words and your actions aren't matching. Hence the low self esteem. So for now, just ignore how people look at you. Don't worry about appearing confident in front of people. Just concentrate on one thing - accepting yourself as a human being worthy of enjoying life just as everybody else, setting fitness goals and simply starting right from today!!
