I am suff3ring from syrosis arounf 15 spots over my back small 10 over hands and 7 8 over legs and 5 6 over stomach..tell is it mild moderate or severe..thiugh i have no symptoms for psoriasis one doctor told me that i am suffering from psoriasis ..tell me what i need to change in my lifestyle..can my lifestyle will never come to normal..what food to eat and avoid
