I have psoriasis in the groin area, it is very trouble some for me to lead a normal life style with this problem.kindly suggest a good treatment

Thanks for the query. Psoriasis is an immune mediated inflammatory skin disease. Psoriasis in the groin is an unusual thing to happen. Kindly get it reconfirmed by meeting your dermatologist. Till then OTC antihistamines will help. You should rule out any fungal or bacterial infection. A simple skin test can be helpful. Discuss various treatment options. Hope it helps. Dr MK Agarwala
