Psoriasis and Tattoos
Hello, I am suffering from Psoriasis since more than a decade. I am planning to opt biologicals but I wanted to know if a patient suffering from Psoriasis can have a body tattoo? Not a big one, but a small one. Are there any risks involved if I have a tattoo? Will it flare my pso even if I will opt Biologicals? Any clarification will be helpful.

Active Psoriasis can occur at the site of tattoo injury. It is not advisable for psoariatic patient.

Hello It’s not advisable for psoriatic patient to get a tattoo since tattoo dye could lead to allergic reaction and aggravate psoriatic reaction
