PRP treatment

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I got my first PRP done 2 months back. Today I got the 2nd session. I have one more session to go. Today my doctor told me I can undergo 1 PRP session per year for maintenance purposes. I suffer from extreme hair thinning in the crown area. I don't know if PRP is helping or my optimistic mind is playing games with me. I am also taking perfectil capsules which is causing pimples on my face. Is all this beneficial or am I wasting my time? Please advise.
