PRP for cervical sponsylitis
I have a sports injury on my neck. I have been doing physio therapy but that didn't prove much beneficial. It gives me a daily pain support though. I am having various pain killers as well. Si, would want to try something more. I have heard about the growing trend of PRP for tissue repair. Please suggest if it can be tried.

Before getting PRP you need to be thoroughly investigated whether the root cause of pain is purely muscular or there is any other source of pain.
