Hello I am 32 years female... Not active in sexual life yet but planing to get into very soon... Could you advise me how to prevent pregnancy as I know condom is the way but any other pills or medicine can also help... As I am diabetic and having Pcod also my dr said I should not use traditional pills for prevent pregnancy but if I don't use them what I can do... Any other pills for our kind of females... Which can help me also to prevent pregnancy and enjoy sex life worry free... I heard about shaheli pills but don't know it can be effective Or any other way? Or condom is enough in this... Kindly advise
