Child admited in hospital before admission profile trace in urine is ++ and pus cell is 12 RBC found in urine. Creatinine is .90 serum is 156 .My child was diagnosed with mild cystitis. Injection given before culture of urine sparofloxacine and after culture amikacine 225 mg per day and durataz 2.25 pipracilline for 4 days . Then fever stopped no fever spikes. But urine having trace protine. Kindly tell what to do.

This boy had infection of urinary tract with raised creatinine.
Collect urine culture reports
Once infection settles down , he needs evaluation by DMSA scan and MCU to find put the cause of infection
Need to consult urologist and if required nephrologist too
