Protine intake.
I used to take whey protein and it caused me savior acne problem. So I stopped it immediately. I tried number of various protine and supplements but neither of those suited me.  I regularly do heavy gym workout for last 2 years. However my muscle growth is very slow because I'm pure vegetarian and no supplements or any protine supplements suites me. So after some research I came to know about organic protine or you can say plant based vegan  protine Currently I'm trying healthkart's 100%plant based protine. I would like to know would this caused me acne problem and will this give me required result in my muscle building ? Please guide. Thanks in advance.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
