I have acne prone skin earlier I used to have lot of acne but now it's good.So can I take whey protein if I have acne prone skin beacause I am agym person so I need protein.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Preferably take plant based proteins and avoid Whey as they can affect ur hormones and since u have a acne prone skin it may again aggravate ur acne and in some individuals trigger Hair loss also.
