Tofu is a rich source of protein, Chana products like sattoo atta, soyamilk along with the products dietician Fatima told you. You can have those.

Hello,  Since you are vegetarian you can opt for milk and milk products like curd, paneer, skimmed milk powder. You can also prefer days and sprouts, nuts like almonds, cashew nut, walnut, soya bean and it's products.
