Proteinules powder
Good morning sir/madam , currently am 8weeks prega and having boost as am habituated to it but my doctor wrote in a prescription to have proteinules powder . But may I know from when should I take this powder ? And until which month please. Also please suggest any other dha powder instead of proteinules . Is mothers horlicks good to swap? My weight is 54.2 kg . Am non veg eater . Thank you

U need to stop boost as that is high in calories There are w lot of medicated  protein powders with dha U can choose any

You can take whatever supplements you like cause it will be difficult to take protein powder now cause of nausea in early pregnancy

You can take which ever  u  like  for time being, as some may get vomitings  in Early  pregnancy.
