Protein 3+ in urine Rbc 35-40
He was having stomach pain on10.06.19 urine routine and renal function test was done but rbc in urine is 35-40 and pus cell 5-7, (casts crystals, bacterias are =nil) And doctor told him to drink plenty of water at evening same test given for routine pus cell 3-5 hpf. Their doctor given him norflox tab Now he is reliving slowly compared to earlier.now Tell me whether is it UTI or kidney stones or trauma

Appears to be UTI since doctor has put him on Norflox meaning an anti biotic. However to know the derails if infection an urine culture sensitivity test is needed. Hope that is done , if symptoms persist repeat this test and see ur doctor again.
