Prostatic Carcinoma gleason's grade 4
My father aged 65 was facing problem in urination. After consulting a doctor a, PSA test score was 9.24. Doctor advised a surgery to tackle urination problem. After operation, pathology report of prostatic chips gives gleason's grade 4. Please suggest what to do next.

Has he done any MRI scan.? Please meet a good radiation oncologist and urologist for prostate cancer. They will guide you the appropriate treatment
