Hello... Medicines like Alfa blockers or five Alfa reductase are used for to shrink the size of prostrate...sometimes both alpha blocker and a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor at the same time if either medication alone isn't effective.TURP ( trabsurthral resection of prostate ) is surgical option...
