Sir my dadaji is having prostate measuring about 75 mm. I wants to ask whether is there any other treatment for that prostate other than surgery as his age is 80 years.

Very good medical management is available now for enlarged symptomatic prostate. Very few cases require surgery. Please consult an urologist.
