Prostate Issue.
Hello Doctor, Urinary bladder has thickened wall. Thickness of 9.6mm. Post void urinary volume is 785 ml. Parenchymal calcification is noted. I have attached the picture of the report here. Can you please advise the criticality of this case? Thank you. Swati Sahay

Above patient had large prostate with lot of urine remaining behind after passing urine. This means his bladder muscle is also weak. He need evaluation by Urodynamic study (pressue flow study) and than depending upon that prostate surgery need to be planned Please consult urologist
