Prostate enlargement, ED , Phemosis
80 years old, diabetic, HB1AC 6.2, prostate grade 2, psa 2.75, medication urimax-F (with finasteride for nearly a year. Of late having difficulty in retracting foreskin for cleaning glans, penis is flaccid, urine flow slow but without difficulty. Stooped urimax- F 3 days back, taking citralka instead. Need advice

It's better to continue Urimax f as it will help to pass urine well. Try retracting the skin slowly little by little each day. But if it doesn't come back completely it may require circumcision. Keep sugar levels under control as it increases chance of infection.
