Prostate enlargement and high creatinine
Dear Sir, My father is suffering with urine issues and prostate enlargement and it's size at 145 grams and USG abdomen and KUB scan done. Results as large exopytic left renal cyst. And trus biopsy done and results as BPH and due to high creatinine value (5) and urea value 145, operation not done. Doctor advised to live with Catherisation life Long. I would like to know whether it's possible to operate at some point of time Please advice... Thanks Srinivasan

He need to be treated with nephrologist to bring his kidney functions normal . Once they are normal then only prostrate issue will be touched. Get a PSA test too done for him .
