Masturbation is Masturbation. Prone or supine won’t matter . If that was the case then people will conceive in one position but not on another. The transparent fluid is prostatic fluid. Please do not worry our reproductive system does not work on the basis of gravity You are perfectly fine. There is no need to avoid any particular position if you Masturbate. All positions and masturbation is a normal phenomenon Just relax God Bless
