Hello there experts, I am suffering from severe anxiety and severe upper body muscle pain, i was prescribed Pronate EZ by local doctor, just want to know if I can have it twice a day,
One tablet is fine for me. But can I have it twice a day. Or can I have it for a long term please let me know.

It is not like normal vitamin pills .don't take it twice unless any doctor suggests you
