Prominent stomach for baby
Hi doctor,
I'm 30 weeks pregnant with DCDA twins through ivf
Twin 1 has prominent stomach of 37% ratio with no duodenal or bowel obstruction in TIFFA and 25 weeks scan. In 29 week scan the ratio was reduced to 36.7% no duodenal or bowel obstruction. For the same twin 1 water level is less than twin 2. Is this any major problem which we need to concern.

Interval growth scans at 2-3 weeks with color Doppler...what about weight discordance in both?

This is common complication in twin pregnancy. Needs support and biweekly Doppler and biophysical profile and push your pregnancy as long as possible to term and plan for delivery
