Prolonged bleeding / Endometrial biopsy

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Hello doctor, This is in regard with my aunt 45 yrs. As she is got period problem and irregular periods since few months and the bleeding has been increased few days back. So we checked with the doctor & she suggested for a biopsy and we have attached the report which we got today. Kindly check and advise the state of my aunt and the further treatment needed if required. Thank you.

The reports are suggesting it was a polyp which was causing bleeding problem. Now that d and c has been done, maybe the symptoms will subside. If persistent then other treatment modalities can be tried
