Prolonged bleeding

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I had spontaneous abortion in 7 weeks last month and i had bleeding for 10 days and now this month 19th i got my periods which is heavier and clots . Till now bleeding have not stopped.. doctor prescribed tranexamic acid for 3 days.. my scan showed no residue left. When will bleeding stop i am very tired because of clots. Please help with this i am really worried and scared
