Prolomet xl25 a diuretics?
30M->I have been prescribed prolomet xl25 due to high bp 140/90. Is this medicine acts like a diuretic? Or need to take any additional medicine along with prolox met xl to avoid side effects?

No it's not a diuretic. It's a beta blocker. Reduce your salt intake. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food. Go for morning and evening walks. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do.
