Prolactin normal Breast discharge
Hi 30f.Last month I got serum prolactin 39. When I press my breasts I used to get milky Discharge from few weeks it's clean discharge when I press. Again this month I got prolactin test done and it's normal 13. I have done breast Usg last month which was normal. I missed my periods this month last month the cycle was 10 days late. I have Hyperthyroid since November. What may be the reason for colourless discharge when pressing the breasts. Also missed period. Done home pregnancy test twice which came out to be normal. I am on neomarcazole medication for Hyperthyroidism. I am very much worried if its cancer etc. PLZ reply Tia.

First . Do not worry. There are many reasons for milk secretions from the breast. Mostly due to pregnancy,when prolactin harmones is high ,when you are on some medication for gastritis,. Even hypothyroidism can cause . So please check your thyroid.when mammogram is normal ,chances of cancer is very rare.
