Problems While Urinating
I have been having problems while urinating, The top of my penis slightly pains throughout the day and I have a frequent urge to pee. My urine changes its colour, sometimes is white transparent or sometimes its dark yellow
I agree that I have been masturbating alot and have not been drinking sufficient water too. Is this has to do with the above? I tried masturbating during this pain and I had a very bad pain after that in my abdomen, dick and an sharp in my lower back. What is happening? What does these symptoms mean?

This pain is due to minor injuries while masturbation. Drink plenty of Water Take Gokshuradi guggulu 1tab BD, Ashwagandha 1 tab .
