Problem while having sex
. During intercourse my foreskin is pulled backwards when I don't wear a condom and it pains so penetration is not possible. Do I need to have a circumcision done?..or is it some disability of skin? Do I need to be worried in the future when I decide to be a father.coz .this problem shudnt persist

Thank you for your question. A tight foreskin can cause the problem you mention. The best treatment for this is a surgery called circumcision. There are several causes for a tight foreskin but it generally is present from childhood. It becomes obvious sometimes when regular erections, masturbation or intercourse begin. Neither the problem or the treatment is likely to affect your ability to become a father in future. It is important to approach the difficulty and its treatment with a positive frame of mind so that future sexual functioning remains good.
