Problem related to anxiety
Hi. I'm feeling anxious and little bit of dizziness. I feel light headed and clogged ears. I'm on anxiety medication ciplar and esteem since 1.5 months. It remains good for sometime but days like these when randomly it starts happening again scares me. What should be done?

Hello I understand your concern. These all seem to be the physical symptoms of anxiety. Don't worry, your medications are working, you may simply need a dose change for complete improvement. Anxiety disorders tend to exacerbate at some situations or circumstances, continue to take prescribed medications and discuss for further management

As per the information provided, you are on medications (Ciplar and esteem doses not mentioned). See in every case , some of the medical conditions are to be ruled out while taking the history and having some basic tests like Blood sugar and Thyroid profile. In addition, in your case do get your BP checked and. also get the option from an ENT professional.Take also the advice from a physician too.
