Can I use dermaroller for hairfall at home. What's the pros and cons what should be done as the problem persist in mainly frontal areas

Dermaroller should be done by dermatologist. Over doing may develop scar.

Dermatoller is a procedure that should be done by a specialist who is trained for doing it. It is not advisable to do it by yourself.
