Problem of keratoconus
Is c3r is best solution for keratoconus and after that what i have to do ... I have to go for cornea transplant or something else and my left eye power is -7 and right is -3

C3R is just to halt progression of keratoconus.
Glasses and RGP lenses are for visual rehabilitation after laser
Corneal transplantation is last option

C3R also known as CXL is just one of the options for keratoconus. It is only done in the 20% of KC cases that are progressing, to halt progress; not for visual rehabilitation . To see better the options are glasses and contact lenses. Corneal transplant is done only if vision cannot be improved with glasses or contact lenses in advanced KC.
