Problem of forgetful ness
I was diagnosed with add/adhd in childhood but father is ayurvedic vaidy so they refused to take allopathy medicines due to addiction.and started ayurvedic treatment that was taken by me for many years with any problem,and that was useful for me.now i am in Govt.job and symptoms arising again about lack of concentration,hyper activation as like manic,unable to remember things and study material.what i can take regarding this issue.please guide.there is so many websites for suggesting treatment of adhd but i cant take without prescription.plz help.is stimulate is useful for me to remember studying and Things?

Hello greetings. Your problems might be due to adult adhd Agitated depression or atypical depression can also present with the above problems

You should consult a Clinical Psychologist. A clear dignosis is needed again to identify that the present condition is due to ADHD/ADD or due to some other reason. Post evaluation therapy sessions will begin. This will help you to improve upon your symptoms.
