You are most likely to be suffering from arthritis of your knees. This is due to wear and tear of cartilage, due to age related changes. Please see an Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in joint replacements. You may initially be offered physiotherapy or injections into the joint to help. Arthroscopic washout of the joints also can be done to help with pain.
