Problem in Urination , mild leg pains
I've facing problems in urination since last month I am unable to urinate easily,having a severe blood pressure reaction. Vessels in my head dilate causing the headache as well as the vessels in penis causing erection occluding  urethra. I have to drink too much too much water to make myself urinate. The bladder is never completely empty ,low stream , very less urine comes out and after that my legs start paining, Sometime backpain occurs too. I've done sonography and it turned out to be cystitis The doc gave me Some medicines but it's not helpings I'm continuesly feels I like it's getting worse. I've attached ultrasound reports ...

The symptoms which you have are suggestive of of infection in urinary bladder. You will require antibiotics to treat infection. We have to also assess why you developed urine infection. Urine infection in males is very uncommon.
