To control any disease along with medicines u have to control proper health management. Learn how to deal regular mental stress, over emotions. Avoid too much social media, make proper friends and spend time with ur friends and families. I  think u must consult psychologist offline or online to learn this. Just a little help from outside and u have a good and peaceful mental healthy life. With the help of counselling u can learn on ur own how to deal worse situations in life positively.
