My husband is a writer by profession.since long he is facing a problem in sleeping at night.we have tried sleeping pills but that also dosent made any difference.if he lay down in bed also he keep on turning on bed.lots of random thoughts keeps his mind occupied and he wont be able to sleep.at 4-5 in morning he feel asleep n then he sleeps till 11-12 pm..because of this he continuously have headache.please suggest somethng in homeopathy so that it harms less and provide relief..
