Problem in Sleeping
I'm a Student and tomorrow ( 4th Oct) is my exam and unable to sleep well in night. Actually I have the habit of studing in night and now I'm problem due to this routine my sleeping cycle has been changed. Is there any medicine by taking which I can sleep properly in night??

It is better not to take any sleep medicine on the night before exam as they can decrease your performance on the exam. You can do deep breathing excercise to calm yourself. I understand it would be difficult because you have been sleeping late since sometime, but a medicine is not the solution.

Adapt sleep hygiene for better sleep .n one more thing  anxiety is normal routine before exam but don't let it to decrease your performance...better not to take hypnotics at this point of time

Don't use medicine at this stage. Browse and learn about sleep hygiene. Medicines are not the solution for many things.
