Problem in shoulder joint
My problem is in my shoulder joint which also effects my brain. Due to my shoulder joint pain I can't able to up my hand. This pain is in my right shoulder.

This type of pain may start from cervical region and radiate towards the upper limb.. It may be associated with cervical spondylosis.. with radiculopathy towards  right upper limb..  Is there any stiffness in shoulder joint. That may be due to some shoulder pathology
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally, get one x ray of cervical spine.. you can also start with physiotherapy for neck and shoulder movements.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid jerky movements of neck..
