Sir Im really sorry for asking the same question again but i really want ur help to know the exact meaning of report..In report its written posterior compartment prolapse present..Does this prolapse mean prolapse in rectum(increased stage of intussusception)..Kindly explain...Is this the cause behind SRUS(I have done Apc many times for it)?Im not asking about the rectocele because its not too big to cause symptoms(less than 2 cm)..Kindly tell me about the prolapse and the descent...Plz reply sir..Im in trouble...

Yes prolapse is inside the rectum. It is a small prolapse. Prolapse and intussuception mean same in this case. It doesn't matter what u call it. It is an early stage but yes it can cause SRUS. It can progress further specially if CONSTIPATION is there. Also this prolapse itself causes CONSTIPATION. Some surgery Should be done either STARR etc. Decision of which surgery can only be decided who has examined and evaluated the imaging REPORTS etc in detail.
