Really frequent acid reflux and belching
After eating almost every meal, I get these burps which feel really like acid like and it's sour and my throat feels irritated. Really frequent acid reflux everyday and this gets worse at night time. Is there any dietary changes I should be making or any meds to help with it other than the normal antacids I have been taking to help with it?

If the symptoms are of long duration pls get a upper GI endoscopy done. Avoid outside food and bakery stuff. Avoid milk at bedtime. Avoid maida in your diet. Avoid coconut milk/ tender coconut water if you are consuming it for time being. You can use Cap. Sompraz IT 1-0-0 (1/2 hour before breakfast) for 10 days.

[ ] Hi as symptoms are suggestive of gastritis. Need to follow some lifestyle changes. Take food timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as needed thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep stomach 1/4 th empty.Divide meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which is being observed to cause bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take Pan D 40mg before meal .Feel free to ask any further quary related to this problem.
