Problem in neck
Sir,
My wife is facing issue with 'pricking and heaviness' in the middle of neck and she is feeling that a small particle is moving from middle of neck to middle of chest. I have got a test of T3, T4, TSH ultra, Neck USG in normal. But test of thyroid antibodies is abnormal (peroxidase antibody; Anti TPO > 1300). Please tell me about the decease.

Thyroid function tests are normal so no need of treatment as of now.
Antibodies are high indicate autoimmune etiology. It indicates that her body is producing antibodies towards her own thyroid. In the near future there are chances that she can become hypothyroid.
So regular monitoring of thyroid function is required every 2-3 months..
As of now no treatment required.
