Hi,
Pain in the right side of your neck can be due to a variety of causes, and may, or may not be related to an endocrinologcal/thyroid disorder. Also it may/may not be related to your weight gain. I recommend you consult a physician or surgeon for a more definitive evaluation.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern. People have only one neck, not right and left neck.
Get a thyroid profile done and as of now take a tab. Zerodol-th twice a day after food for 2 days.
If it still persists or not, follow up with me with the reports.
